Welcome to Hill Street Theatre, one of the oldest Edinburgh Fringe festival venues at the biggest and most exciting performing arts festival in the world.

During the Fringe, this prestigious space is ran by the production company, Edinburgh Little Theatre (ELT), who bring high quality productions to the stage and provide diverse as well as various forms of theatrical education.

​ELT have been producing shows and running theatre classes for over 25 years and we pride ourselves in showcasing homegrown Scottish talent. We also host various other theatre companies from both home and abroad.

​We always strive to create a first-rate theatre experience for both cast members and you – the audience.
